Confirming Receipt of Your Complaint
We will acknowledge that we have received your complaint within five (5) days of receiving your complaint form.
Complaint Resolution Process
Once we confirm receipt of your complaint, we will thoroughly review it and investigate the details surrounding it, aiming to resolve the issue promptly. We will make every effort to complete our investigation and share the results with you within six (6) weeks from when you submitted your complaint. Throughout the investigation, we will keep you informed about its progress. One of our representatives may reach out to you directly (via email or phone) to request any additional information or clarification related to your complaint. Your full cooperation will be essential to expedite the investigation and potential resolution. If your complaint requires further examination and cannot be resolved within six (6) weeks, one of our officers will contact you again to explain the reasons for the delay and provide an estimated timeline for completion. Regardless, we will inform you of the outcome of our investigation no later than one (1) month after issuing the holding response, depending on the complexity of the case and your level of cooperation.
Please note that the Company shall consider your complaint as closed and cease the relevant investigation in case you fail to respond to our officers within the period of six (6) weeks from the date of the submission of your complaint.
